Meet Dr. Thomas Garitty

Dr. Thomas Garitty is a board-certified pediatric dentist. He earned his dental degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry before completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Oklahoma Children's Hospital. He then completed his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Children's Hospital of New Orleans.

Dr. Garitty has extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative dentistry, dental trauma, and treating children with complex dental needs. His background includes comprehensive dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia in both hospital and office settings.

His approach to dentistry is conservative, with an emphasis on prevention and treatment tailored to each child's individual needs. He believes in helping parents understand their options and making informed decisions about their child's dental care.

Outside the office, Dr. Garitty enjoys spending time with his wife, Yvonne, who is an endodontist, and their two young sons. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
